I decided to revise the pages of my blog, so now /about mirrors my omg.lol profile page, and the new /now page mirrors my omg.lol Now page. The content of my blog's previous /links page has been merged with /about, and the /links slug itself will be used for something else in the future.

So if you've linked to my /links page before, I'm so sorry for the broken link! I'm still figuring out how to organize my blog and what to include in it.

Finally, the #Jerboa app now doesn't show the downvote button when signed into #Beehaw anymore. Before, I kept fat-fingering and hitting downvote by accident, which resulted in Jerboa crashing because Beehaw has downvotes disabled. Whew!

My terrible decisions have come back to haunt me, and now I have a headache thanks to me messing up my own sleep schedule.

Today, I bought my own domain! I've set things up so it shows my #omglol profile page. You can find it here:

(Since I'm on the Lite plan which allows only one custom domain, #AnonAddy also uses my own domain now, instead of my omg.lol address.)

Not gonna lie, I'm excited to find out what cool things I can do with my domain.

After a conversation on irc.social.lol and some thought, I decided that TiddlyWiki isn't the right tool for me. My note-taking style just doesn't fit it.

I like Notesnook and its rich-text editor, but my note-taking style doesn't fit it either.

So I switched back to Standard Notes. They've fixed the bug that broke third-party editors, so I can use Rich Markdown Editor again. I write and edit my notes with Markdown styling in plain text, then switch to RME for a preview.

I think #DemonSlayer: #KimetsuNoYaiba is an amazing manga/anime. Yes, it's a standard shounen work, but media doesn't always have to be "deep" or "complex" to be amazing. Sometimes I just want to root for one Good™ boy with a big heart and a determination to fight evil.

I want to try tracking the books, TV shows, and movies I consume again... I used to do so years ago, when I got interested in #QuantifiedSelf and #LifeLogging, but I stopped because I failed to keep my tracking apps up-to-date. Then, I jumped down the privacy rabbithole. Nowadays, though, my memory runs at maximum capacity, so I think recording things will help offload my brain. I'm still looking for and trying out privacy-friendly tracking apps that can help.

Thinking about how I should publish my #TiddlyWiki notes. #Tiddlyhost or #Git-powered webpage?

Spent the day resting (and grinding some levels in #GranblueFantasy). My right arm still throbs a bit, but I can handle it.

I tried to climb a mountain today, but I underestimated its difficulty and overestimated my own ability. I backed out early on, because I just knew that I couldn't make it all the way to the summit...

I just finished patting our dog after I came home... now she's dozing off in my room. Aww...
